Privacy Statement

1. Hard Bakka would not use personal information of customers included in the “Contact Us” form in our website or e-mail query sent to our e-mail address (sales@hardbakka.com.au) for purposes other than the following:
       1.1 To use contact address of customer in order to answer enquiry from such customer;
       1.2 To reflect the opinions of customers to our product development and/or service; and
       1.3 To prepare statistical data in order to evaluate or improve our services.
2. Hard Bakka would not disclose or provide personal information of customers collected by the “Contact Us” except for the following cases when:
       2.1 Hard Bakka has prior approval of customers;
       2.2 Providing personal information to subcontractors if need be for Hard Bakka to achieve the above purpose of use; or
       2.3 Disclosure is required based on laws and regulations.
3. If the customer desires to confirm or amend personal information of the customer, please contact sales@hardbakka.com.au. After Hard Bakka confirms that the inquirer himself is the personal information in question, by making a phone call to customer’s registered telephone number or taking other necessary measures, Hard Bakka shall reply to you as soon as possible.
